Indicative Tariff for Oil Transportation


The indicative tariff for oil transportation - the indicative tariff for oil transportation determined for the corresponding area where commercial metering points for oil (gas condensate) are located, at which the oil (gas condensate) produced on the subsurface plot is transferred to organizations engaged in the transportation (carriage) of oil (gas condensate) via pipeline systems, by rail and road transport, by sea and river vessels or vessels of combined (river-sea) navigation, or the sale of oil (gas condensate) to third parties without handing it over to third parties for transportation (hereinafter in this paragraph - the oil delivery area), in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation, and published by the authorized federal executive body performing functions related to the adoption of normative legal acts in the field of state regulation of prices (tariffs) on goods (services) in official information sources. The indicative rate for oil transportation is set in rubles per ton of oil1.
