Replaceable bonds in foreign currency


Replaceable bonds in foreign currency are bonds issued by Russian organizations, the nominal value of which is expressed in the currency of foreign states and territories included in the list of foreign states and territories carrying out unfriendly actions against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities, and Russian citizens, acquired by holders of such bonds before March 1, 2022, or received as replaceable bonds issued by Russian organizations in exchange for bonds of foreign organizations (eurobonds), and not transferred by the taxpayer to third parties with the transfer of ownership rights prior to their replacement with replaceable bonds in rubles1.
