Unfriendly actions — in connection with unfriendly actions by foreign states, international organizations, and foreign financial institutions, including those related to the imposition of restrictive measures against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities, and citizens of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - unfriendly actions), or in connection with requirements of federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation establishing special economic measures, measures of influence (counteraction) against unfriendly actions by foreign states¹.

Unfriendly actions — understood as repeated violations of the economic interests of the states of the Parties or physical and (or) legal entities of the states of the Parties, including actions that unreasonably restrict access to the market of this country for physical and (or) legal entities of the states of the Parties or otherwise unreasonably discriminate against physical and (or) legal entities of the states of the Parties².
