Degree of gas reserves exploitation for a specific subsurface area (C) in the natural fuel gas

The degree of gas extraction for a specific subsoil area (C) is calculated by the taxpayer independently based on data from the state balance of mineral reserves as of January 1st of the year preceding the tax period, as the quotient obtained by dividing the total amount of extracted natural gas (excluding associated gas) on this subsoil area (including losses during extraction) by the initial reserves of natural gas (excluding associated gas), determined as the sum of reserves of all categories and accumulated extraction since the start of development of the subsoil area (ceased to be in force from 2019-05-01)1.
