The calculated price for the sale of gas outside the territories of member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States — the calculated price for the sale of gas outside the territories of the aforementioned member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The aforementioned calculated price is determined monthly by the federal executive authority responsible for tariff regulation in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation, published on the official website of said authority in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" no later than the 15th day of the tax period, and shall be applied during the tax period in which it is published. In the absence of this information on the official website of said authority in the information and telecommunications network "Internet", the calculated price for the sale of gas outside the territories of member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States shall be determined by the taxpayer independently in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation (ceased to be effective as of May 1, 2019)1.
