Explosive hazardous production facilities

3. In this Regulation, explosive hazardous production facilities are understood to be hazardous production facilities on which:

a) substances capable of forming explosive mixtures with air oxygen or with each other (flammable gases, easily ignitable and flammable liquids, dust-forming substances), substances capable of spontaneous decomposition with an explosion are produced, used, processed, formed, stored, transported, destroyed, except for facilities intended for the retail sale of gasoline and diesel fuel;

(as amended by the Government Decree of the Russian Federation dated 02.10.2007 No. 631)

b) melts of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys based on these melts are produced (in technological units with a charge loading of not less than 100 kilograms);

c) equipment operating under excess pressure higher than 0.07 MPa or at water heating temperature higher than 115 degrees Celsius is used;

g) mining operations are carried out related to the development of deposits posing a danger due to the possible spread of gas and dust, sudden ejection of rock, coal and gas, as well as in connection with mine tremors
