Financial Information
Financial information - information regarding operations, accounts and deposits of clients, the amount of obligations of an insurer who has concluded a voluntary life insurance contract with clients or beneficiaries, the amount of monetary funds and the value of property of such persons held by a financial market organization in accordance with a brokerage services agreement or a trust management agreement of a financial market organization, the value of property of such persons accounted for by a financial market organization carrying out depositary activities, pension accounts of such persons, obligations of central counterparties to such persons, as well as payments and operations carried out in connection with the aforementioned accounts and deposits, voluntary life insurance contract, trust management agreement (including those confirmed by the issuance of an investment unit), brokerage services agreement, depositary agreement, pension agreement, agreement with a central counterparty and other agreements, in within which the financial market organization accepts from clients monetary funds or other financial assets for storage, management, investment and (or) execution of other transactions in the client's interest or directly or indirectly at the client's expense (ceased to be effective as of 2019-05-01)1.
