Organization of the Financial Market
The organization of the financial market - a credit institution, an insurer engaged in life insurance activities, a professional market participant engaged in brokerage activities and (or) securities management activities and (or) depositary activities, a manager under a trust management agreement, a non-state pension fund, a stock investment fund, a managing company of an investment fund, a unit investment fund, and a non-state pension fund, a clearing organization (hereinafter - financial market organizations)1.
The financial market organization — a credit institution, an insurer engaged in voluntary life insurance, a professional participant in the securities market engaged in brokerage activities, and (or) activities related to the management of securities, and (or) depositary activities, a manager under a trust management agreement, a non-state pension fund, a stock investment fund, a management company of an investment fund, a mutual fund investment fund, and a non-state pension fund, a clearing organization2.
