The volume of debt of foreign states and (or) foreign legal entities to the Russian Federation

The amount of debt owed by foreign states and (or) foreign legal entities to the Russian Federation — the nominal value of the debt owed by foreign states and (or) foreign legal entities to the Russian Federation under credits provided by the former USSR and the Russian Federation from the budgets of the former USSR and the Russian Federation respectively; the nominal value of the debt owed by foreign legal entities to the Russian Federation, incurred prior to January 1, 1991, in connection with the export of goods and services from the former USSR using funds from the budget of the former USSR; the nominal value of the debt owed by foreign states and (or) foreign legal entities to the Russian Federation for which the Russian Federation has claims under assignment of claim agreements; the nominal value of the debt owed by foreign states and (or) foreign legal entities to the Russian Federation, formed in connection with the placement of federal budget funds carried out in accordance with Chapter 13.2 of this Code1.
