Accredited government agencies
Acknowledged state bodies — state bodies that possess information systems ensuring the authentication of individuals using vectors of the unified biometric system and (or) perform the functions of their operator, having been accredited for the right to own such information systems and (or) perform the functions of their operators in accordance with the procedures established under this Federal Law1.
Acknowledged government agencies — government agencies that have undergone accreditation for the right to own such state information systems and (or) perform the functions of their operators in accordance with the procedures and requirements established by the Government of the Russian Federation in coordination with the federal executive body authorized in the field of security, the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights, and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (ceased to be effective as of 2022-01-01)2.
