Temporary Storage Facilities for Goods
1. Places of temporary storage of goods are warehouses for temporary storage and other places in accordance with the legislation of the member states of the Customs Union (hereinafter - places of temporary storage)

1. In accordance with Article 168 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union, places of temporary storage are warehouses for temporary storage and the following other places of temporary storage:
1) customs authority warehouse;
2) recipient's goods warehouse in cases provided for by Article 200 of this Federal law;
3) premises, open area and other territory of an authorized economic operator in accordance with paragraph 1 of part 1 of Article 86 of this Federal law;
4) separate rooms in places of international postal exchange in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 317 of this Federal Law;
5) place for storage of unclaimed or undelivered baggage being transported under an air or railway passenger transportation contract;
6) place for unloading and reloading (transshipment) of goods within the territory of a sea (inland waterway) port;
7) specially equipped place for unloading and reloading (transshipment) of foreign goods within the controlled area of an airport, provided that the location of importation of such goods into the Russian Federation and their export from the Russian Federation coincide;
8) railway tracks and container yards located in places coordinated with customs authorities within railway stations and intended for temporary storage of goods without unloading them from transport vehicles;
9) places determined by other federal laws or acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
