Service in enforcement agencies is a type of federal state service, consisting of professional official activities carried out by citizens of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as citizens) in positions within enforcement agencies, as well as in positions that are not positions within enforcement agencies, under the conditions and circumstances provided for by this Federal law, other federal laws and (or) normative legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation1.
