Usury rates — interest rates charged for the use of a loan under a loan agreement concluded between individuals or between a legal entity not engaged in professional activity of providing consumer loans and a borrower who is an individual, exceeding by two times or more the usually charged interest rates in similar cases and therefore being excessively burdensome for the debtor¹.
