Entrepreneurial risk is the risk of losses from entrepreneurial activities due to breach of obligations by the entrepreneur's counterparties or changes in the conditions of such activities caused by circumstances beyond the control of the entrepreneur, including the risk of not receiving expected profits (ceased to be in force as of 2018-07-29)1.
