Adjacent rights in joint performance

Joint rights in joint performance belong to the members of the performing group who have jointly participated in its creation (actors involved in the play, orchestra members and other members of the performing group) regardless of whether such a performance is an indivisible whole or consists of elements, each of which has independent significance1.
