The performer — a citizen whose creative work has resulted in the performance — is an artist-performer (actor, singer, musician, dancer, or another person who plays a role, reads, recites, sings, plays a musical instrument, or otherwise participates in the performance of a literary, artistic, or folk creation, including stage, circus, or puppet show numbers), as well as a conductor or director-choreographer (a person who has staged a theatrical, circus, puppet, cabaret, or other theatrical-performance event)1.
