Modification of a computer program or a database — modification (reworking) of a computer program or a database refers to any changes made to them, including the translation of such a program or such a database from one language to another, except for adaptation, that is, making changes solely for the purpose of enabling the computer program or database to function on specific user technical means or under the control of specific user programs1.
