Public Performance of a Play

Public performance of a theatrical production — that is, the live presentation or presentation through technical means of the production in a place open to free attendance or in a place where a significant number of persons not belonging to the usual circle of family are present, regardless of whether the performance of the theatrical production is perceived at the place of its presentation or elsewhere simultaneously with the presentation of the production1.
