Public Performance


Public performance — that is, any transmission of a phonogram using technical means in a place open to the public or in a place where a significant number of persons not belonging to the usual circle of family are present, regardless of whether the phonogram is perceived at the place of its transmission or elsewhere simultaneously with its transmission1.
