The procedure for the activities of state organs and organizations of foreign states regarding the adoption of children on the territory of the Russian Federation is established by the Government of the Russian Federation upon the proposal of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation¹.
