Installment enforcement of executive documents — installment enforcement of executive documents containing claims for the recovery of debt under a credit agreement (loan) in relation to debtors who are citizens receiving old-age pension, disability pension and/or pension due to loss of a breadwinner, and who do not have other sources of income or real estate (except for a single dwelling suitable for permanent residence), if the total amount of the old-age pension, disability pension and/or pension due to loss of a breadwinner of the debtor-citizen is less than two times the minimum wage, is provided upon application by such debtors. The installment is granted without resorting to the court that issued the executive document, for a period specified in the application (with an attached repayment schedule), but not more than twenty-four months and no later than July 1, 20221.
