The permanent workplace of an assistant to a Senator of the Russian Federation working within the territory of a subject of the Russian Federation, and the permanent workplace of an assistant to a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation working on the corresponding territory — is a properly equipped room provided by the relevant legislative (representative) or executive body of state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation in the building of the legislative (representative) or executive body of state authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, or with the consent of the Senator of the Russian Federation, member of the State Duma — by the local self-government body in the building of the local self-government body¹.
