Objects of State Environmental Expertise
Objects of state environmental expertise are federal program projects, other documents and (or) documentation related to regional geological surveying, geological exploration, mineral resource exploration and extraction on the continental shelf, fishing, creation, operation, use of artificial islands, installations, structures, laying of submarine cables, pipelines, drilling operations, waste and other materials disposal, as well as justifying other types of planned economic and other activities on the continental shelf1.
Objects of state environmental expertise are projects of federal programs, other documents and (or) documentation related to the exploration and development of natural resources in the exclusive economic zone, creation, operation, use of artificial islands, installations, structures, laying of submarine cables, pipelines, conducting drilling operations, disposal of waste and other materials in the exclusive economic zone2.
