Mode of Constant State Supervision
The regime of permanent state supervision is a regime of permanent state supervision that provides for the possibility of the continuous presence of authorized officials of the state regulation authority of safety (hereinafter - authorized persons) at such facilities and the conduct by authorized persons of control measures1.
