A license for the retail sale of alcoholic products when providing catering services grants an organization the right to purchase (excluding import) alcoholic products under a supply contract, storage (including in opened consumer packaging), use in accordance with sub-item 15 of article 2 of this Federal law for the production of alcoholic beverages, culinary dishes, spirit-containing food products and other food products, as well as the sale of alcoholic products to consumers in opened consumer packaging or in bulk, carried out when providing catering services at the location specified in the license for the retail sale of alcoholic products when providing catering services, as well as in seasonal service areas (zones) for visitors1.
