Notice of the commencement of alcohol product circulation — a document containing the date of the first delivery of alcohol products of a specified name to the territory of the Russian Federation, a description of their characteristics and properties, production technological processes, production control, storage, transportation, sale, disposal, marking of alcoholic products, submitted to the federal regulatory authority in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation. The format of the notice of the commencement of alcohol product circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the federal regulatory authority. Information contained in the notice of the commencement of alcohol product circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation is entered into the unified state automated information system for accounting of the volume of production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and spirit-containing products1.
