The subject of an unscheduled on-site inspection of an organization applying for a license to produce, store, and supply wine products with a protected geographical indication and a protected designation of origin are the information contained in the application and documents submitted for obtaining the license, as well as premises, chemical and technological control laboratories for alcoholic product production, equipment, in order to assess compliance of such information, premises, laboratories, and equipment with the licensing requirements established by this Federal Law (ceased to be effective from 2021-07-01)¹.
