A donation collection box is a container for collecting charitable donations (excluding non-cash monetary funds), the right to use which belongs exclusively to a non-profit organization whose charter provides for the right to carry out charitable activities. A donation collection box is used when it is moved in space (a portable box) or without such movement (a stationary box)1.
