Military Unit
Military unit — are legal entities. Their rights are determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the regulations on the federal executive body for the Railway Troops of the Russian Federation1.
Military unit — military management bodies, formations, units, military formations, military subdivisions, special formations, military prosecution bodies, military investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, and other bodies and organizations in which military personnel serve (served) military service or military training2.
