Insurance event under the insurance policy for the liability of the tour operator
An insurance event under the tour operator's liability insurance policy is the failure of the tour operator to fulfill its obligations under the contract for the provision of a tourist product due to the termination of tour operator activities as a result of the impossibility of the tour operator fulfilling all obligations under contracts for the provision of a tourist product (as amended by Federal Law No. 149-FZ dated June 4, 2018 - Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 2018, No. 24, Article 3416) (ceased to be in force as of July 1, 2019)1.
An insurance event under the tour operator's liability insurance policy is the failure of the tour operator to fulfill its obligations under the contract for the provision of a tourist product due to the termination of tour operator activities as a result of the impossibility of the tour operator fulfilling all obligations under contracts for the provision of a tourist product2.
