Combat Armored Vehicles
2.1. Tracked, semi-tracked or wheeled self-propelled vehicles equipped with armor protection and capable of traversing rough terrain, constructed or modified and fitted with:
2.1.1. for transporting a infantry squad consisting of 4 or more personnel;
or
2.1.2. built-in or standard-mounted weapons with caliber not less than 12.5 mm;
or
2.1.3. a rocket launcher.
2.2. Tracked, semi-tracked or wheeled self-propelled vehicles equipped with armor protection and capable of traversing rough terrain, specially constructed or modified and fitted with:
2.2.1. standard-mounted technical means for observation, reconnaissance, target designation, intended for performing reconnaissance tasks;
or
2.2.2. built-in standard-mounted technical means for controlling troops;
or
2.2.3. built-in standard electronic and technical means intended for radio-electronic warfare
