Shareholder, owner of cumulative preferred shares of a certain type
A shareholder who owns cumulative preferred shares of a certain type has the right to vote at the shareholders' meeting on all issues within its competence, starting from the meeting or ballot that follows the annual shareholders' meeting at which a decision should have been made to pay dividends in full for these shares, if such a decision was not adopted or a decision was adopted regarding partial payment of dividends. The voting rights of shareholders who own cumulative preferred shares of a certain type cease upon the full payment of all accumulated dividends on these shares1.
