Transfer passenger
"transfer passenger" means a passenger who has completed check-in at the departure airport to the destination, arrived at the transfer airport by an internal air flight, and departs from the transfer airport beyond the territory of the Customs Union on an international air flight operated by the same or another air carrier in accordance with the route specified in the passenger air transport contract;
