8) compensatory measure - a measure aimed at neutralizing the effect of a specific subsidy granted by a foreign state (union of foreign states) on an industry of the Russian economy, applied upon decision of the Government of the Russian Federation through the imposition of a compensatory duty, including a preliminary compensatory duty, or approval of obligations undertaken by an authorized body of the subsidizing foreign state (union of foreign states) or exporter;
