Compensatory measure
"compensatory measure" - a measure aimed at neutralizing the effect of a specific subsidy granted by an exporting foreign state on the sector of the economy of the Contracting Parties' states, applied by the competent authority through the imposition of a compensatory duty, including a provisional compensatory duty, or approval of voluntary commitments undertaken by the authorized body of the subsidizing foreign state or exporter;
