State Mediators
State mediators are specialized organizations established by the decision of the President of the Russian Federation in the form of a federal state unitary enterprise based on the right of economic management, or in the form of a joint-stock company, 100 percent of whose shares are owned by the federal government or transferred to a non-profit organization created by the Russian Federation in the form of a state corporation. Disposal of these shares (sale and other forms of transfer, pledge, and trust management, as well as other encumbrances) can be carried out only on the basis of a federal law, except for cases involving the issuance of additional shares of the joint-stock company intended for a non-profit organization created by the Russian Federation in the form of a state corporation1.
