Regional State Control (Supervision) in the Area of Tariff Regulation in the Field of Solid Municipal Waste Management
Regional state control (supervision) in the field of tariff regulation in the area of handling solid municipal waste - regional state control (supervision) in the field of tariff regulation in the area of handling solid municipal waste - is authorized executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation in accordance with provisions approved by the highest executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation1.
Regional state control (supervision) in the field of tariff regulation in the area of solid municipal waste management - ensuring that regional operators and solid municipal waste management operators comply with mandatory requirements established in accordance with this Federal Law, other federal laws, normative legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of solid municipal waste management, relating to the establishment and (or) application of tariffs in the area of solid municipal waste management regulated at the level of executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation, including in terms of determining the reliability, economic justification of expenses and other indicators taken into account when regulating tariffs, the economic justification of actual expenditure of funds when carrying out regulated types of activities in the field of solid municipal waste management, separate accounting of expenses and revenues related to regulated activities in the field of handling solid municipal waste, use of investment resources taken into account when setting tariffs, compliance with the correct application of regulated tariffs in the field of handling solid municipal waste, and compliance with information disclosure standards2.
