Actual Value of the Share – definition and meaning of "Actual Value of the Share"

The actual value of the share is determined based on the data from the company's financial statements for the last reporting period preceding the date when the court decision excluding the member comes into legal force, or with the consent of the excluded member, to issue him property of equivalent value in kind (ceased to be effective as of 2018-05-04)¹.
