Fair value
Actual value - this value is considered as follows: for property, its actual value at the location of the property on the day of conclusion of the insurance contract; for business risk, losses from business activities that the insured would be expected to incur upon occurrence of an insured event (ceased to be in force since 2018-07-29)1.
