Internal Affairs Agency
The law enforcement agency — regarding the identification of parents of minors or other legal representatives thereof and other persons who commit acts of violence against minors and (or) involve them in commission of crimes, other unlawful and (or) antisocial actions, or encourage them to commit suicidal actions, or otherwise commit unlawful acts against them, as well as regarding minors who have committed unlawful acts or antisocial actions1.
