State monitoring of atmospheric air is a component of state environmental monitoring (state monitoring of the environment)1.
State monitoring of atmospheric air is a component of state environmental monitoring and is carried out by federal executive authorities in the field of environmental protection, as well as other executive authorities within their competence in accordance with the procedures established by the Government of the Russian Federation2.
