Freezing of non-cash monetary funds or bearer securities - directed to the owner, organizations engaged in operations with monetary funds or other property, digital ruble platform operator, other physical and legal entities, prohibition to conduct operations with monetary funds or securities belonging to an organization or individual included in the list of organizations and individuals for whom information is available regarding their involvement in extremist activities or terrorism, or an organization or individual with respect to whom, in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 7.4 of this Federal Law, the inter-agency coordination body performing functions in countering the financing of terrorism and extremist activities has adopted a decision on freezing (blocking) of monetary funds or other property, or an organization or individual included in lists compiled within the framework of implementing powers provided for by Chapter VII of the UN Charter, the Security Council of the United Nations or bodies, special measures adopted by the United Nations Security Council, lists of organizations and individuals associated with terrorist organizations or terrorists or with the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (hereinafter - lists of organizations and individuals associated with terrorism or with the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, compiled in accordance with resolutions of the United Nations Security Council)1.
