Proper Performance
Proper performance — making the insurance payout or issuing a repaired vehicle in accordance with the procedures and within the time limits established by this Federal Law, as well as fulfilling an enforceable decision of the consumer rights ombudsman for financial services in accordance with the Federal Law "On the Consumer Rights Ombudsman for Financial Services" in the manner and within the timeframe specified in that decision1.
