Program for Creating an Automated Control System
The program for creating an automated monitoring system defines stationary sources and emission indicators of pollutants and (or) discharge indicators of pollutants subject to automated monitoring, locations and deadlines for the installation of automatic measuring and accounting equipment for emission indicators of pollutants and (or) discharge indicators of pollutants, as well as technical means for recording and transmitting information on emission indicators of pollutants and (or) discharge indicators of pollutants to the state register of objects causing negative impact on the environment, the composition and format of transmitted information1.
