The production costs per unit of goods, taking into account administrative, trading and general expenses - are calculated on the basis of accounting documents of the foreign exporter or foreign manufacturer of the goods under investigation, provided that such documents comply with generally accepted principles and rules of accounting and reporting in the relevant foreign state and reflect the costs associated with the production and sale of the goods1.
