Calculations — receipt (receipt) and payment of cash and/or non-cash monetary funds for goods, works, services, acceptance of bets, interactive bets and payment of monetary funds in the form of a prize when carrying out activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling games, as well as the receipt of monetary funds when selling lottery tickets, electronic lottery tickets, accepting lottery bets and paying out monetary funds in the form of a prize when carrying out activities related to the organization and conduct of lotteries (ceased to be in force on 2019-06-07)1.
Calculations - receipt (receipt) and payment of cash and/or non-cash monetary funds for goods, works, services, acceptance of bets, interactive bets and payment of monetary funds in the form of a prize when carrying out activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling games, issuance (receipt) of exchange tokens of a gambling establishment and issuance (receipt) of monetary funds in exchange for presented exchange tokens of a gambling establishment, as well as receipt of monetary funds upon sale of lottery tickets, electronic lottery tickets, acceptance of lottery bets and payment of monetary funds in the form of a prize when carrying out activities related to the organization and conduct of lotteries. In the context of this Federal Law, calculations also include the acceptance (receipt) by banking payment agents (subagents), operating in accordance with the Federal Law of June 27, 2011, No. 161-FZ "On the National Payment System", from a legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or physical person who is not an individual entrepreneur, of cash funds, including for crediting the amounts of accepted cash funds to bank accounts of such persons, acceptance (receipt) and payment of monetary funds in the form of advance payments and (or) advances, offsetting and refunding of advance payments and (or) advances, granting and repayment of loans for the payment of goods, works, services (including the provision by pawnshops of credit to citizens under pledge of property belonging to citizens and activities related to the storage of property), or the provision or receipt of other counter-performance for goods, works, services2.
