Agreement on the Allocation of a Share of the Quota for the Harvesting of Aquatic Biological Resources in an Inland Water Body
An agreement on the allocation of a share of the catch quota for aquatic biological resources in an inland water body — is concluded with the aim of fishing, in relation to which quotas for the harvesting (catching) of aquatic biological resources have been established, as specified in paragraphs 1, 8, and 10 of part 1 of article 30 of this Federal law (ceased to be in force on 2019-03-06)1.
An agreement on the allocation of a share of the catch quota for aquatic biological resources in an inland water body — an agreement on the allocation of a share of the catch (harvesting) quota for aquatic biological resources in marine waters, an agreement on the allocation of a share of the catch (harvesting) quota for aquatic biological resources in an inland water body, an agreement on the allocation of a share of the international quota allocated to the Russian Federation, are concluded with the aim of fishing, in relation to which quotas for the harvesting (catching) of aquatic biological resources have been established, as specified in paragraphs 1, 8, and 10 of part 1 of article 30 of this Federal law2.
