Agreement on the Allocation of a Share of the International Quota Provided to the Russian Federation

An agreement on the allocation of a share of the international quota allocated to the Russian Federation — is concluded for the purpose of fishing, in relation to which quotas for the catch (capture) of aquatic biological resources have been established, as specified in paragraphs 1, 8, 10 of part 1 of article 30 of this Federal law (ceased to be in force on 2019-03-06)1.

An agreement on the allocation of a share of the international quota allocated to the Russian Federation — an agreement on the allocation of a share of the catch (capture) quota of aquatic biological resources in the marine waters, an agreement on the allocation of a share of the catch (capture) quota of aquatic biological resources in the internal water body, an agreement on the allocation of a share of the international quota allocated to the Russian Federation, are concluded for the purpose of fishing, in relation to which quotas for the catch (capture) of aquatic biological resources have been established, as specified in paragraphs 1, 8, 10 of part 1 of article 30 of this Federal law2.
