Municipal Broadcasting Organization
Municipal broadcasting organization - broadcasting organizations and periodical printed publications, the founders (co-founders) of which or the founders (co-founders) of the editorial offices of which on the day of official publication (publication) of the decision on the appointment of elections, official publication (publication) of the decision on the appointment of a referendum are local self-government bodies and municipal organizations, and (or) to which for the year preceding the day of official publication (publication) of the decision on the appointment elections, official publication of the decision to hold a referendum, municipal support in the form of subsidies and/or grants for their operation from local budget funds, and/or in which on the day of the official publication (publication) of the decision to hold elections, the official publication of the decision to hold a referendum there is a share (contribution) of the municipal formation (municipal formations)1.
