Municipal broadcasting organization and periodical print publication — broadcasting organizations and periodical print publications, the founders (co-founders) of which or the founders (co-founders) of their editorial offices on the day of official publication (publication) of the decision on the appointment of elections to the State Duma are local self-government bodies and municipal organizations, and (or) which for the year preceding the day official publication (publication) of the decision on the appointment of elections, municipal support in the form of subsidies and (or) grants for their operation from the funds of the local budget, and (or) in which on the day of the official publication (publication) of the decision on the appointment of elections there is a share (contribution) of the municipal formation (municipal formations)1.
